The flags have made sig­nif­i­cant appear­ances at Glas­ton­bury Fes­ti­val since 2003. Glas­ton­bury was voted the best large fes­ti­val of 2008 by the UK Fes­ti­val Awards. The chal­lenge for Angus each year, is to make the flags look dif­fer­ent, so there is a drive for him to keep re invent­ing, so as not to become repet­i­tive. In 2011 Angus dis­played 700 flags on the mas­sive fes­ti­val site of Wor­thy Farm.
